Entrance Reducer 8 or 10 Frame

Reduce entrance of hive so bees can defend their territory successfully w less resources. Larger opening used later in the spring to reduce congestion at the entrance of the hive. Remove in the heat of the summer or when hive is strong and foraging is in full swing. Reduce entrance when splitting hives or when temperatures cool in the fall.
